Internet Traffic Shaping in the North

Was chatting with a guy at Northwestel tech support yesterday. Apparently, traffic shaping is used on the network from 6am to midnight every day. He recommended I not engage my BitTorrent client during those hours or my connectivity would be severely restricted. Interesting…
