With over 15 years experience in the internet publishing industry, Andrew’s client list includes all levels of government, many not-for-profit organizations, and a wide range of small businesses. He provides a broad yet cohesive set of skills that are critical to the development and implementation of successful online business strategies.
His long-running “Geek Life” column examines the effects of technology on lifestyle for the layperson audience. His insight and commentary are valued by many media outlets and he is a regular guest on CBC Radio. He posts regularly to his own Geek Life Google+ page as well as this WordPress blog.
In 2000, Andrew was honoured with the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Yukon from the Business Development Bank of Canada in recognition of his pioneering work in advancing the early stages of web media in the Yukon.
Andrew attended the Film and Video program at the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design, the Writing and Literature program at Capilano College and the Masters in Professional Communication program at Royal Roads University.
