Cornucopia: Digital Gastronomy | fluid interfaces

Hm, a “food printer” from MIT?

This fabrication process … allows the user to have ultimate control over the origin, quality, nutritional value and taste of every meal.

Hey, that sounds familiar. Oh, yeah, it’s what manual cooking from scratch is all about. I do that every day!

The food printer sounds like the wet dream of geeks who live off of Doritos and pizza pops. (So their goal would be something like low-fat Dorito-pops, I imagine.)
